The service was exceptional, especially from duty manager Lee who was patient and professional. The location is perfectly situated in front of the ferry to Blue Lagoon and facing the island of Comino. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a very nice terrace. The bathroom was perfect, and the bar on the first floor was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful staff. The location was ideal for exploring Malta, Comino, and Gozo, although the check-in experience could be improved. My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean, equipped with convenient USB plugs and 3-pin plugs so no need for adapters; however, there was a slight issue with a smell. The location offered great views of Gozo and Comino but had a bit of a chaotic entrance situation. The dining experience was satisfactory with good choices available. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the dining options fell short of my expectations. The location was fantastic, near the beach and with easy access to neighboring islands. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a pleasant stay.
